Job Description
- Making Travel arrangement of all the employees
- Booking of lowest available flight tickets
- Ensuring booking of best available hotel as per employee allowance eligibility without compromising on quality standards.
- Managing vehicles arrangements for our employees on PAN India basis which includes vehicle bookings / follow ups and payments.
- Ensuring Travel Compliance as per company policy.
Office Management
- Supervision of Facility staff for regular upkeep of office premises.
- Supervision of daily office maintenance & ensure proper functioning of office utilities.
- Supervision of Security staff to ensure security and safety of staff in office premises.
- Pantry management procurement of pantry consumables & pantry accessories, and ensure adequate inventory for smooth functioning of office
- Managing company landline, Mobile & Data Card connections.
- Issuance of Mobile SIM cards / Data Card to employees and keep track of them.
- Managing of office stationary & printing requirement for letter heads, A4 rim, cartridges, files, folders, markers etc., including employee ID card & visiting cards.
- Management of official delegates visit to office and making requisite arrangement for refreshment & lunch for the guests, including management of in house & external office training or conferences.
- Assist in organizing meetings/ events as & when required
- Managing the entire Front Desk activities including dispatch of official documents both inbound & outbound with appropriate log sheet.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of networking, Firewall, routers.
- Trouble knowledge and experience of OS & Mail client application troubleshooting
- Basic third party application support
- Technical desktop Customer support experience in field
Communication
- Managing corporate connections i.e. Mobile SIM, Data Cards, Broadband Connections.
- Managing company landline, Mobile & Data Card connections.
- Issuance of Mobile SIM cards / Data Card to employees and keep track of them.
Vendor Management
- Responsible for Inventory Control & Purchase Order.
- Research & identify new vendors
- Negotiate with vendors to get best prices
- Implementation of MOU with vendors.
- Maximize long-term business profitability
- Follow-up with supplier for Delivery /Rejection/ Shortage.
Billing & MIS
- Coordination / Follow up with vendors for timely submission of bills
- Monitor compliance in all the bills submitted by the vendors.
- Processing of Vendor bills to Finance for payments
- Monitoring and follow up with Finance team to ensure timely payments.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports and updating of tracker sheets
- Maintaining and regularly updation of MIS Reports i.e. Admin Expenses, Vendor Payments, Guest

- Search for published external secondary research materials on a specific topic / disease area
- Review and build an assessment of current and future standard of care for a specific indication / disease area
- Compare efficacy and side effect profiles of current therapies and identify associated key publications
- Identify pipeline therapies from databases such as Adis/Trial Trove/MedTrack, etc
- Identify and Profiling of Key opinion leaders
- Gather relevant news (e.g. Factiva search) and analyst reports
- Regular and pro-active communication to internal teams, based on research objectives
