Job Description
- Role entails supporting the MD in all secretarial activities, calendar management, travel arrangements, Vendor Management, Arrange meetings, Travel bookings for staff etc.
- Attending enquiries over the phone, email and personal visits - passing on the required information to the concerned departments.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments; follow up with the clients.
- Preparation of reports
- Travel booking & bill updates.
- Hospitality.
- Vendor Management.
- Coordinate & work in a team.
- Admin related work.
- Handling calendar management
- Minimum Graduate.
- Excellent Typing Speed. Shorthand will be an added advantage.
- Good command over MS Office & Internet.
- 6 Days working INCLUDING Saturday & Sunday. One weekly off will be from Tuesday-Thursday (1 day will be fixed).
- *Office Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. May have to stay later than 6.30 on Saturday & Sunday.
- Candidates open to travel will be preferred.
