- Maintaining Good relation with clients and academic writers.

- The process involves informing clients about the writing services offered, understanding their specific requirements, giving price quotes and ensuring maximum conversions.
- The task also involves following up with the clients, answering their queries, convincing them about the best quality services offered and maintaining records of the orders booked.
- Must ensure timely deliveries within the stipulated time frame interacting with international students through both voice (Phone Calls) and non-voice interfaces.
