Position: Admin Executive
- Job Shift: Rotational
- Experience: 5 – 10 Years
- Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Job Location: Navi Mumbai, Noida or Gurgaon
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent Drafting skills.
- Well versed with Labour Laws & other statutory compliance.
- Liasioning with various Govt. offices/local bodies.
- Experience of handling various branch offices located on PAN India.
- Maintaining Office Equipment and AMCs.
- Repair and maintenance of office infrastructure.
- Vendor management.
- Controlling of bills and payments.
- Insurance requirements and their timely renewal.
- Procurement.
- Safety, Security and Fire Fighting.
- Organizing Events.
- Facilities management.
- Canteen and Refreshment.
- Maintaining Hygiene and Sanitation.
- General Administration.
- Assets and Inventory Management.
- Handling Travel Desk.
- Managing Transports.
SKILLS/EXPERTISE:
- Excellent communication and drafting skills (Writing Letters, MOM, Agreements, Contracts,etc.).
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and other statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with vendors, external agencies, government bodies, etc.
- Ability to prioritize ever changing workload.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Preferably should be able to communicate in Marathi.
