Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities (General)
- Handle front Office/reception
- Handle housekeeping staff
- Maintain and send reports on regular basis
- Attending any incoming calls
- Inventory management (Housekeeping, stationary etc)
- Handle HRMS
- Take care of new joiners joining kit
- Coordinate for ID generation for new joiners
- Coordinate with different departments
- Make timely round of premises for identifying infrastructural issues and get them resolved
- Organize events, celebrations, picnics etc
- Assist in new joiner’s induction to the organization
- Coordinate with bank for new account openings
- Coordinate and handle client visit
- Assist in recruitments
- Assist HR Manager
- Daily reporting
