Job Description
- Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office
correspondence, confidential emails, quotations, monthly billing,
Business Reports etc for Quantum Systems and its subsidiary Companies
- Vendor management- Oversee acquisition,
installation, and commissioning of equipment’s that are required for the
facility – IT Systems, air conditioning etc.
- Event
Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements
and hotel reservations for guests & foreign delegates.
- Liaison and Communication with the Clients for Collections
- Handling of Internal Software
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Monthly & quarterly MIS reports
- Bills processing on monthly basis & follow up with Finance for payments with accuracy.
- Petty Cash Management
- Co-coordinating with various types of vendors for the services, payments, discounts & new arrivals.
