Job Description
- Admin. Executive- Mumbai Andheri
- He would be accountable for below-mentioned responsibilities:
- Establishing a new Administration setup.
- Designing and implementation of various Admin Related Procedures and policies.
- Transport Travels & Vehicles Management. (Planning arrangements for staff & Employees).
- Effective cost reduction plannings.
- Vendor management & their AMC.
- Ensure of proper Housekeeping for Regional office, HUB, PPC & DC
- Facility of Vendor Management, supervising of various vendors like housekeeping, plumbing, carpenter, Civil, electrician.
- Guest Management (arrangements for flights, Hotels, bookings, lunch arrangements)
- Meetings Co-ordinations: Co-ordination for all administrates arrangements for internal & external.
- Events managements: providing necessary administrative arrangements.
- Liasoning with various authorities
- Dealing with Various Govt e.g. Municipal Corporation, various local authorities
