Job Description
1. Office Administration & Coordination:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
 - Handle office supplies, procurement, and inventory management.
 - Maintain records, files, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
 - Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and functional.
 
2. Scheduling & Communication:
- Manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
 - Handle internal and external communication, including calls, emails, and correspondence.
 - Support team coordination by relaying information effectively.
 
3. Vendor & Facility Management:
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
 - Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and security arrangements.
 - Negotiate and manage contracts for office services.
