Admin Executive - Record Management Job in CEPT University

Role and Responsibilities : Making basic lists of all archival material received/acquired Store keeping- systematically storing all archival material under proper names & labels in designated drawers. Maintenance of material in Storage Infrastructure maintenance, support staff, A/c, Water cooler, building, etc. Responsible for Diligent Record Keeping- with systematic unique codes & names for items in the Archives. Listing Archival material in a systematic manner for easy access.

Qualification :
Minimum one year of experience in related field Bachelor’s in Library Science Record Keeping skills Ms Office Efficiency Good communication skills
