Job Description

Tidyquant is looking for an energetic and hard-working candidate for Admin/ HR Executive position. You should have excellent communication skills. 

Your Duties: -

  •  Handle all the administrative tasks such as official documentation, replying to official emails.
  • Responsible for organizing all company-related documents (Microsoft-one drive)
  • bookkeeping, generating monthly payslips and estimating company expenses.
  • Helping the company with recruitment processes such as screening, shortlisting candidates, writing emails to potential candidates, and reporting to the director.
  • Have at least one meeting with the company’s CA (Charted Accountant) monthly basis. 
  • Regularly check employees’ progress using quarterly assessment reports and maintain the workforce within the company. Any irregularities in work should be reported to the director.
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records on daily basis.
  •  Regularly check HR.my account and keep a track of leaves.  
  • MUST know about the company’s agenda, products, and services.
  • MUST grow your knowledge in the field of data science and get familiar with data science keywords.
  • Keep an update on clients and ongoing projects.
  •  Collect quarterly assessments from all employees on the due date.
