Job Description
- Maintain office cleanness. Staff welfare.
- Employee Relationship. Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Negotiation and deal with Vendors.
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Bill Payments and transportation.
- Track leaves, time & attendance and measure and appreciate employees through the performance module.
- Maintain Petty cash records. Maintain IT Related Records.
- Make payments of vendors. Make record of scan bills.
- Last but note the list report to senior.
- To be able to juggle multiple works in tight deadlines with a positive attitude and great sense of humour.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure. Last but note the list report to senior.
