Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, setting appointments, booking travel, arranging meetings/events.

  • Communication: Answering phones, screening calls, handling emails, greeting visitors, drafting correspondence.

  • Document Management: Preparing, editing, and proofreading reports, memos, presentations, and other documents.

  • Office Management: Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, managing filing systems (digital & physical).

  • Data & Records: Performing data entry, maintaining databases, tracking expenses, and basic bookkeeping. 

Key Skills & Qualities

  • Organization & Time Management: Juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for clear interaction.

  • Tech Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documents and tasks.

  • Professionalism: Handling confidential information and interacting with clients/staff tactfully.
