Core Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, setting appointments, booking travel, arranging meetings/events.

Document Management: Preparing, editing, and proofreading reports, memos, presentations, and other documents.
Office Management: Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, managing filing systems (digital & physical).
Data & Records: Performing data entry, maintaining databases, tracking expenses, and basic bookkeeping.
