Answer and direct phone calls, take detailed messages when necessary, and store the information for future perform clerical work such as typing documents, printing, copying, faxing, etc.Attend meetings and interviews to take notes relevant to the caseFile important and confidential documents
End to End Admin activities
Transport Management, Book Keeping
Vendor Management - Discuss the budget and expectations with management and staff, Negotiate contracts with vendors
Facility Management - Schedule staff and set up/clean up crews for the day of the event, Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes. Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
General Accounting - Process all invoices to make sure vendors are paid promptly.
