Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Teacher Coordination:

Act as the liaison between teachers and the administration, ensuring clear communication regarding schedules, school policies, and any updates.

Support teachers with day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in organizing materials, resources, and documents required for teaching.

Help teachers in preparing question papers for exams, ensuring they meet the curriculum standards and are ready on time.

Parent Coordination:

Act as the first point of contact for parent inquiries, responding to questions via phone, email, or in person.

Maintain a record of parent meetings, updates, and concerns, and assist in scheduling parent-teacher conferences.

Keep parents informed about their child's progress, school events, and any issues that may arise.

Handling Enquiries:

Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from parents, students, and other stakeholders.

Provide detailed information about the institution’s programs, policies, and events to prospective parents and students.

Assist with the admissions process by collecting and organizing required documentation, scheduling interviews, and providing support throughout the admission procedure.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate records and filing systems for both students and faculty.

Assist in managing the attendance records of students and teachers.

Help with school events and programs by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and handling communication with relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain internal reports, documents, and spreadsheets.

Question Paper Preparation:

Help teachers in organizing and preparing question papers according to the academic syllabus.

Ensure that question papers are created, printed, and distributed in a timely manner for exams.

Maintain confidentiality and security around exam materials.

Data Management:

Update and maintain records of students, teachers, and other relevant information on the institution’s database.

Organize and manage documents related to curriculum, school policies, and student assessments.

General Office Duties:

Oversee daily office operations, including organizing meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring smooth functioning of the school’s administrative tasks.

Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
