Job Description
- Smart English speaking
- Knowledge of tally
- Able to manage a furniture showroom
- Monday to Saturday 10.30 am -6.30 pm
- Supervises all sales and marketing activities in the showroom
- Maintains administration and relevant reporting and planning systems for the showroom in order and issues timely management and statistical reports
- Supervises cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority
- Plans and implements store merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers.
- Supervises selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustains sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Supervises costs and overheads and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the showrooms
- Supervises and maintains effectiveness of Information Technology and other essential in-store systems
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards
- Supervises all stock movement activities (in/out, transfer, sales etc.)
- Responsible of showroom stock in a way to eliminate stock shortage and perform stock replenishment in an efficient manner and on due time
