Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Office Duties:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests and providing information.
- Answering Phones: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages.
- Managing Incoming/Outgoing Mail: Handling post, packages, and deliveries.
- Event Coordination: Assisting with planning and organizing internal and external events.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.

Support to Staff & Management:
- Liaising with Departments: Acting as a point of contact and coordinating with other departments.
- Assisting with HR Tasks: Supporting HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Providing General Support: Providing assistance with various administrative tasks and projects as needed

Organizational Skills:
