Job Description
Responsibilities-
- Maintaining a database of the candidates. Employees Personal Records Management.
- Monitor Attendance & Leaves Maintenance, HR Letters, HR MIS, Payroll Process and Office administration
- activities.
- Employees ESI & EPF Registration, Activation, Rectification, Processing & Final Claim.
- Preparation of ESIC & EPF statements and generate challan and forward the same to Accounts Dept. for Remmitance .
- Organize Employee training & Development programs, Management training, Leadership training and Professional development training sessions by Inviting internal or external trainers for improving personal and organizational effectiveness.
- Approaching and schedule meetings & negotiation with Labor Contractors. Handling contract labors & maintaining separate attendance & payroll process.
- Handel Employees grievance and resolution of all employee relation's issues.
- Generate different types of monthly MIS reports like Manpower strength, Employee Exit, Attendance, Leave status report, Rewards & Fines.
