Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in business and office administration

·         Degree in business administration or relative field

·         In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and policies

·         Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

·         Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities and team player with leadership skills

Salary: Up to Rs.20000/-Month

Reporting to: HR Manager

Job Description:

1.      To maintain all inward and outward of goods is his first priority as an admin.

2.      He will be responsible to tally all details of parcel tag with invoice. Issuing of gate pass will be part of the duty.

3.      Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases

4.      Attendance management, enrolling new employee, Issuing of locker to new employees and maintaining of respective data sheet for the same.

5.      To monitor the time office policy for employees.

6.      Petty cash management, Coordination with bank officials in case of payment deposition in the bank,Transport arrangements for goods, Stationery agency, Courier agency.

7.      Prepare attendance register in excel for manual entries at gate.

8.      Checking of employees’ gate pass in case of any employee moving out before end of the day.

9.      Responsible for detailed checking of goods return with challan. Will be responsible to maintain respective registers for the same.

10.  He will be responsible for all on time resources availability for all employees to perform their duties.

11.  Responsible for purchase packing material as per schedule.
