Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary School Head to lead Global Gateway Chennai Champs in achieving its mission of providing high-quality education rooted in global perspectives. The School Head will provide strategic leadership, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensure the overall success and growth of the school.
Job Type: Full-timeExperience: Minimum 3–5 years in early childhood education or school administration
Education: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic & Operational Management:

Ensure curriculum implementation and adherence to educational standards.

Supervise daily operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Monitor classroom activities to ensure effective teaching practices.

Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff and children.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of teachers and support staff.

Plan and conduct staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Schedule and assign duties, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.

Act as the primary point of contact for parents.

Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings.

Address concerns or queries promptly and professionally.

Organize events, workshops, and activities for parents and children.

Manage the enrolment and orientation of new students.

Promote the centre through local marketing and community engagement.

Maintain admission records and track centre growth.

Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.

Maintain student records, attendance, and reports.

Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
