Job Description
- Administrative Support: Managing schedules, handling correspondence, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Meeting Coordination: Planning and organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Record Management: Maintaining physical and electronic files, records, and databases.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking travel and accommodation for executives and staff.
- Office Operations: Overseeing office supplies inventory, handling maintenance requests, and coordinating shipping and purchasing.
- Financial Support: Assisting with budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Communication: Serving as a liaison between executives, teams, and external parties.
- Reporting: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Project Support: Providing administrative support to various projects, as assigned.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
