Job Description
Key job accountabilities for Admin Marketing Executive:
- Responsible for general administrative tasks such as vendor management, pantry management, managing business travel related activities like visa application, booking air tickets, itineraries etc.
- Responsible for office upkeep and maintenance. Ensuring office is fully functional with all required facilities such as pantry, utilities setup, cab facility arrangement setup etc.
- Responsible for arranging company events such as team offsites, lunch, dinners etc. and procuring employee goodies.
- Supporting company's digital marketing efforts and managing company social media pages on LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Twitter etc.
- Coming up with daily/weekly schedule for social media content and posts.
- Make relevant connections through company social media accounts and follow up on any potential leads.
- Designing and implementing various marketing content, campaigns, bulk email marketing etc. Pro-actively coming up with digital marketing content and strategies.
- Supporting recruitment and generalist HR activities as required.
- Update and maintain all books of accounts and run various reports in Tally for India.
- Must be proficient in general ledger accounting, invoicing, payables, and bookkeeping.
- Must be comfortable in daily bookkeeping activities, handling multiple entities in Tally and maintain necessary company separation.
- Responsible for data entry and maintaining supporting documentation for payments.
Required candidate profile:
- Must have long term association/future plans to stay within Tricity area.
- Must be tech-savvy and knowledge of various tools such as Canva, Adobe photoshop, Corel Draw, Tally will be good to have.
- Willing to work in Split/Evening shifts and/or any other flexi shift timings based on business requirements.
- Possess professional attitude, excellent presentation, and written & verbal English communication skills for interacting with global team.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to follow directions. Must be comfortable in USA voice calling for team interaction.
- Outgoing personality with a flair for social media and developing new connections. Good Public Relations skills.
- Go-getter attitude and willing to do various tasks as required.
- Must be a resourceful out of the box thinker and highly creative.
- Flexible to work on all shifts and stretch during month ends and/or deadlines.
