NovelVista Learning SolutionsJob Description-:Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day operations of the office Blocking necessary venues and trainers for training batches Providing administrative support to team like receipt preparations, printing, scanning Coordinating examination and assessment processes Ensure seamless delivery of exams (online / offline) Supporting to the sales team, marketing team, HR team & management team. Check the logistics and arrange the logistics according to requirements. Smooth and timely Test conduction Responsible for timely payment to the vendors Prepare and edit presentations and other documents Receive and interact with incoming visitors Banking tasksDesired Profile He/She must be willing to work independently Must be multi-tasking Good team player Willing to work on weekend if required Smart and energetic / active individual
 Excellent Computer skills especially MS Excel, MS word and Power point. Should respect and follow assigned tasks Sincere and honest person Excellent follow-up and co-ordination skill
