Job Description
If selected, you will be part of a two member team working on Accounts, Administration & HR Operations with direct reporting to the Directors / CEO of the company.
Level: Associate with a max experience of 2 years.
If selected, you will be required to >
- Be the first point of contact for all HR Operations, Accountings & Admin related queries/issues.
- Administer HR Related documentation, co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage ongoing accounting tasks from raising client invoices, doing data entry, maintaining record of accounts receivable and payable, liaising with company accountant & liaising with bank (Suitable training will be given for people with non-accounts background).
- Manage Office administration/Facility Management/Infrastructure management & Vendor management.
- Plan agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the employees
- Manage payroll processing and supporting activities like tax filing
- Educate employees on policies and procedures and work towards driving cost efficiencies
- Provide required administrative support to team members.
- Generating MIS and accounting Reports
- Assist the team in other duties, as assigned from time to time.
This job requires you to have
- Strong administration & co-ordination skills and be comfortable with numbers.
- Be Adaptive to new technology and have excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be accessible to the team
- The ability to work accurately, under pressure with maintaining attention to detail
