Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files & records
- Handling time office and maintenance of attendance for Employees
- Maintaining of office stationary and first aid
- Responsible for daily cleaning and general maintenance of the office
- Handling all the administrative issues
- Attending Telephone
- Visitor Handling
- Taking care of new Joinees
- Drinking water procurement and follow up with the vendor.
- Take quotations for various facility requirements.
- Vendor follow-ups
- Bank Account opening for new joiners and current employees
- Asset checking and numbering
- Other activities on an Adhoc basis
- 2 wheeler
- Residing within 10 km of office
- Strong English communication skills (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Must know how to use a computer and phone
- Must be willing to execute on any other duties assigned by the supervisor/executive team.
