- Should be self-driven with an ability to perform and deliver in individual capacity.
- Should be well versed with operating computer, ms office.
- Should be well versed with email and phone etiquettes.
- Liaison with internal & external contacts
- Making sure to Demonstrate Professional and Polite Responses in all Tele- conversations.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Handling the e-commerce website orders and courier pickup scheduling via web. Coordinating with courier pickup person (Will be trained)
- Handling Quick books accounting software (sales and purchases/expenses entries. Will be trained)
- Coordinating with office labour
