Job Description

  • Should be self-driven with an ability to perform and deliver in individual capacity.
  • Should be well versed with operating computer, ms office.
  • Should be well versed with email and phone etiquettes.
  • Liaison with internal & external contacts
  • Making sure to Demonstrate Professional and Polite Responses in all Tele- conversations.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the office
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Handling the e-commerce website orders and courier pickup scheduling via web. Coordinating with courier pickup person (Will be trained)
  • Handling Quick books accounting software (sales and purchases/expenses entries. Will be trained)
  • Coordinating with office labour
