Job Description
Job Role : Admin Executive
- Experience Required : 0 – 1 year
- Job Location : Hyderabad
- Work Hours : 10am – 7:30pm (Monday to Friday & alternate Saturdays)
- Educational Qualifications : Any graduate
- Immediate joiner required
- Handling incoming calls and transferring to concern department
- Keeping a track of office assets
- Coordinating with vendor for hardware maintenance / purchase
- Handling petty cash purchases – pantry, stationary, operational
- Organizing office events, conference
- Monitoring housekeeping service
- Taking care of accommodation and logistics for clients and board members
- Entering operating expense data in system
- Good communication skill in English, Hindi & Telugu
- Good knowledge on MS excel and word
- Ability to handle and negotiate local vendors
- Quick learner, enthusiastic and positive attitude
