Administration executive
Job Description
Main Function:
Responsible to carry out seamless communication and co-ordination with all stakeholders involved in the events along with managing backend admin work.
Job responsibilities:
Initiating communication with the stakeholders of the events organized
Follow-up on timely basis with the assigned stakeholders
Supporting admin and related work on days of the events
Maintaining and organizing documents and files for each event
Performing adhoc tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications required:
Well versed with English and Hindi speaking and writing
Drafting and sending out emails and responding to them
Working knowledge of Microsoft office: Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Travelling for events is mandatory
Confident & Presentable
Good Communication skills
Team worker
Should have a graduate or equivalent degree.
Freshers preferred

Compensation: As per industry standard
5 day working (1 Saturday a month on average will be working)
