Job Description
Oversee office management including facilities, supplies, vendor coordination, and general upkeep.
Act as the first point of contact for clients — managing calls, emails, and in-person visits with professionalism.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and supporting senior management in administrative tasks.
Liaise with government offices, regulatory authorities, and service providers as required.
Maintain documentation, correspondence, and records for compliance and internal use.
Provide support to the accounts and compliance team in filing, follow-ups, and client deliverables.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by resolving administrative issues promptly
