- To maintain and order office stationery, equipment and supplies
- To carry out all general office duties including purchase ordering, filing, photocopying etc
- To provide an efficient typing, data entry and central admin service
- To provide phone and reception cover to the highest standard of customer service
- To ensure a high standard of service is delivered to all people making contact with the office.
- Shall understand and abide by the organizations information security policy and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information assets.
- Shall report incidents related to security of information to concerned authorities.
