About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing vendors to develop strong vendor relationships that are reliable & cost effective
2. Making travel arrangements for employees & guests within & outside the country which will include visa processing, ticket booking, accommodation, etc.
3. Maintaining travel expense reports
4. Booking & coordinating the availability of the meeting & conference rooms
5. Overseeing & coordinating the meeting room arrangements for conferences, sales meetings, training, etc.
6. Assisting & coordinating for employee engagement activities whilst updating employee personnel files
7. Maintaining accurate expense reports and managing all paperwork related to office, staff, inventory, etc.
8. Overseeing and supervising the work of the facility team (housekeeping/peons)
9. Maintaining office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
