Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling day-to-day office administration responsibilities like supervising housekeeping, maintenance, paper filing, attendance, timesheet, expense vouchers, travel bookings, etc.
2. Liaising with outside vendors and service providers like chartered accountants, company secretaries, contract workers, telephone & broadband service providers, Landlords, graphic designers, etc.
3. Helping your supervisor with day-to-day schedule management like making calls, booking appointments, maintaining compliance calendars, etc.
4. Handling company's events from time to time and help team members as needed
