Job Description
Designation: Administration Intern
Responsibilities include:
1. Helping in the organization
2. Receiving, reading, and sorting priority emails
3. Preparing and scheduling meetings
4. Working on administrative tasks relating to the manager's department
5. Working on debriefing and reporting after meetings
6. Supporting managers on various tasks requiring a workforce
7. Making data entries based on MS Excel & MS Office
8. Attending calls and managing contracts
10. Preparing follow-ups and assisting in the management

2. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
8. Should have a high school degree/graduate
9. Prior internship done in the same field will be a plus
10. Male candidates preferred
