About the internship
Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the founder.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively address time-sensitive issues.
2.Communication:
Manage and screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Draft and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
3. Information Management:
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records in a systematic manner.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects as assigned.
4. Meeting Support:
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute relevant documents.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
5. Travel Coordination:
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and necessary logistics for business trips.
6. Task Prioritization:
Assist in prioritizing tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Monitor and follow up on action items resulting from meetings.
7. Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
8. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between the founder and other team members.
9. Project Assistance:
Support the founder in various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
10. Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and other special occasions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
