Job Description
- Managing the school budgeting process and the day-to-day Administrative operations including exercising financial control over budget expenditure and revenue collection, and financial reporting.
- Supervising the procurement of goods and services, and management of school inventory and assets.
- Managing the general administration of the school including assisting in estate management
- Manages all school scheduling, special events, field trips, transportation, vendors etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree with Experience: Two (2) to three (3) years experience as a business or operations manager with increased level of responsibility is required, supervising staff (including, hiring, evaluation, performance management, etc. is required.
- Experience in public schools or a business of similar size and complexity required.
- Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
- Ability to lead and work well in teams
- A dynamic and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement and work excellence.
- Process-oriented – Process improvement and strategic planning
