About the Job
Providing emergency and inpatient medical care in multi-speciality hospital units near your convenient location.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospital administration and operational activities
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, HR, billing, and support departments
- Ensure smooth facility and housekeeping management
- Monitor security, biomedical, maintenance, and vendor services
- Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital regulations
- Handle patient grievances and improve service quality
- Maintain administrative reports and operational records
- Supervise staff discipline, attendance, and duty management
- Support hospital audits and management reviews
- Implement hospital policies and operational SOPs
Eligibility
- MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management mandatory
- Minimum 3–8 years of hospital administration experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital operations
- Good communication and coordination abilities
