Job Description
Manage end-to-end executive support functions including calendar management, meeting
scheduling, call setups, and confidential correspondence.

Coordinate job creation, client invoicing, vendor payments, and approval workflows.
Collating information as and when required for different MIS trackers – NFC projection,
NFC billing and collections, Cross charge confirmations, Client voice survey follow-ups
with respective ELs etc.

Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless communication and timely
updates on deliverables, sign off dates.
Ensure strong governance discipline through monitoring deadlines, documentation, and
compliance.
Responsible for generating UDINs, ADT3 filings, FS download and assistance with
approvals and OTP validations on ICAI SSP portal
