Job Description
Focal Point for Facilities & Administration Profile for Baker Hughes at Barmer Base
Co-ordination with all BH stakeholders [multiple Product Lines] for resolution of requirements on facilities & administration
Co-ordination with external agencies but not limited to Govt. Authorities, Utility Service providers like telecom, electricity, water, waste management, etc.
Co-ordination for Labour Compliance, Statutory Compliance, etc.
Reporting SPI data updating in Intelex
Co-ordination with Vendors on supply of services & material related to facilities & administration
Raising Purchase Requisitions and follow-up on Purchase Orders
Regular & continuous follow-up on base activities of facilities & administration
Co-ordination with service providers like Security Services [Physical Guarding], House Keeping, etc.
Pass generation/renewal. SDC/Field Co0ordinators to liaison with the admin co-ordinator for the same
