Job Description
- System Admin - all the systems should be working fine, helping employees if they have any system issues
- Having track of all AMC’s, closing checking with vendors if everything is working fine
- Data Base Management - Entering and Maintenance of data base on day to day base
- Calendars to be updated
- Office Maintenance (make sure that office is clean, hygiene)
- Oversea the work of house keepers and office boys
- Maintenance of Grocery and Stationary at Office (make sure there is no storage in the office)
- Attendance Record – Maintaining the register on daily basis, sign in and sign out
- Explore and Buy Necessary Training materials as and when required
- Help the team in repairing damaged material – when need be
- Set up training materials for in-house open program
- Clean the store regularly and keep it organized
- Maintaining record of printing for training purposes
- Arranging for Letter heads and Visiting card
- Posting on social media on daily basis
- Answering the Calls – Enquiry
- Trackers maintenance and updates
