• We are looking for a young and talented individual to join our growing team in the heart of the tech center of Pune (Hinjewadi) as the first non-developer hire to help support the growth of the company in India and abroad as a executive assistant / administrative support.

This is an interesting growth opportunity as you’ll work directly and report directly to the Leadership Team of ColorElephant (our CEO, our Head of Operations, our Head of Design) as well as our Senior Project Managers based in Portugal. Here are the things you are expected to do:

• Research LinkedIn and other platforms for contacts for our Sales Team to use;
• Edit and maintain client websites and stores (copy order information, copy information from websites, etc);
• Do copy-paste tasks to free time from our other people;
• Take notes during meetings;
• Receive, organise and send to appropriate people invoices, travel documents, documents to support calls etc;
• Send emails that you might be instructed to;
• Setup meetings on behalf of our team;
• Follow-up to emails as appropriate;
• Take care of paperwork related to the local office;
• Help manage the India office — make sure there are office supplies, food and beverages, that the cleaning team is cleaning the office etc;
• Communicate with the local team — gather requests, send them appropriately, etc;
• Other tasks — this will be ever changing;
• Relax, you will get support. You don’t need to know everything you see listed. 
  
• The main thing we are looking for is someone with a high sense of responsibility and commitment and someone who wants to grow their career (and pay) rapidly over the next few years. 
  
• Someone eager (and capable) to learn and to discover new things, someone who has a “get it done” mentality.
  
• This is a changing position. Do not apply if you expect and hope to do the same everyday — each day you’ll have a new challenge in supporting our team and one minute you might be researching some company details to support a sales effort of ours, and the next you might be assisting our CEO in emailing.
  

You might be required to travel to cities in India and abroad for the proper execution of this job.
