Job Summary:
Stokhos Research Capital LLP is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Urbtech Trade Centre, Noida Sector 132. The role requires efficient handling of administrative tasks to support smooth office operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in managing office facilities and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
Work Timings:
- Option 1: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Option 2: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days:
- Monday - Friday
- Two Saturdays will be working per month
Salary Range:
- INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

- In-person at Urbtech Trade Centre, Noida Sector 132

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
