Job Description
ICRISAT seeks application for the position of Administrative Associate under ICRISAT Development Center of Asia Program. This position is based at ICRISAT- Patancheru, Telangana.
Competencies:Proficiency in English both written and spoken,Proficiency in Computer skills (Ms- Office, data analysis),Proficiency in Shorthand skills preferable,Should be a good team player and adaptable to working in multicultural team.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative and secretarial support;Assist Special Project budgets; Support in preparing power point presentations and reports;;Coordinate and organize of internal and external meetings(Visitors, programs, seminars and workshops) and take follow-up actions; Coordinate activities related to preparation of Archival reports, progress reports, media briefs etc.Make travel arrangements and prepare travel expense reports;Handle correspondence;Inter-departmental liaison; Additional duties as and when they evolve.
Requirements: Graduate with 3 or more years of relevant experience;Highly proficient in MS-Office suite, with special reference to PowerPoint and Excel;Ability to deal tactfully under pressure situations, deliver under tight schedules, and maintain high degree of confidentiality; Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasing personality.

General:This is a Locally Recruited Staff (LRS) position for three years’ renewable based on the performance of the incumbent and the institute’s continuing need for the position.
