Job Description
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative & Client Relations Coordinator to be the backbone of our migration consultancy team. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of client files, ensuring timely payments, and driving new partnership initiatives with educational institutions. Key Responsibilities:
- File Management: Organize, update, and maintain client files and documentation securely and efficiently.
- Client Communication: Make periodic calls to clients for follow-ups, clarifications, and updates regarding their migration processes.
- Document Collection: Gather and verify required documents from clients for their applications.
- Payment Follow-ups: Track and follow up on client payments, ensuring timely processing and resolving any payment issues.
- Coordination with B2B Partners: Maintain regular communication with business-to-business partners, agents, and agencies to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
- University & School Collaborations: Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions for direct admission services.
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and data entry.
- Client Support & Service: Assist clients with inquiries, provide updates, and facilitate smooth communication between clients and the consultancy.
- Marketing & Outreach: Support in promotional activities, social media updates, and client engagement efforts.
- Additional Tasks: Any other duties that contribute to the efficient operation of the consultancy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, time-management abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace and database management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Friendly, professional attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
