Administrative Executive Jobs Opening in Om Exports at Lower Parel, Mumbai
Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Executive to handle international trade operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Generation: Prepare accurate commercial invoices, packing lists, and related shipping documents as per client and regulatory requirements.

Documentation Handling: Manage all export-import documents, including bill of lading, customs declarations, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing and timely deliveries.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, logistics, or a related field.

Knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation.
-
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
