Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate the dispatch of orders by ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Monitor inventory levels to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
3. Collaborate with shipping partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
4. Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Maintain records of transactions and update financial databases accordingly.
6. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
7. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via email.
8. Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
9. Monitor incoming website orders and process them efficiently.
10. Update website inventory and product listings as needed.
11. Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
12. Perform data entry and file management tasks as required.
13. Support other administrative staff and departments as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
2. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
4. Familiarity with online payment processing systems and basic accounting principles.
5. Communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Prior experience in dispatch management and website order processing is a plus.
