Job Description
- We are a small-sized company seeking an administrative assistant. The responsibilities are listed below.
- Provide general administrative support including emailing, web marketing, data entry, and data mining.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems
- Run errands for the company.
- Answer calls from customers and provide the relevant information.
- Prepare and modify documents in the form of emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- We are flexible about qualification if the person has above average English communication skills and is proactive and hard working. The person must have good working knowledge of Word, Excel, & Internet surfing.
- Our budget for this role is up to Rs 15000 for the right person.
