Job Title: Administrative Officer
Salary: Rs.1,50,000/year
Work Hours: Mon-Friday(11AM-8PM) & Sat-Sun (10AM - 8PM).
Job Summary
The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth & efficient operation of the Interior Design studio. This role supports daily administrative functions, coordinates communication between clients, suppliers, & the design team, manages documentation & scheduling, and assists with basic project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive & comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Be the Face of the Firm & client point of contact, providing excellent customer service representing the Brand.
Maintain office cleanliness, order, and studio presentation standards.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, providing excellent customer care.
Handle Client Database, Client follow-up, Co-ordinate with staff to get updates on project status & communicate the same to the client.
Manage day-to-day office operations - Studio maintenance, Correspondence, Filing, Billing, Book-keeping & tracking payments.
Provide daily updates to Management & Collaborate with project teams to maintain system integrity.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for Project Teams & Management, to ensure smooth workflow.
Responsible for maintaining confidential documents & company database
Qualifications & Skills
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field(preferred).
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer (preferred). Prior experience in a design or architecture firm is an advantage.
Proficiency in office management software like MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word), G-Suite and Accounting softwares. Familiarity with design softwares (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) is a plus.
Strong team player with Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive with Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Discreet with confidential business information. Tact and good judgment while interacting with clients in confidential situations.
Availability to work on weekend shifts & two-wheeler with License is mandatory
Comfortable working in a creative, deadline-driven environment.
