Job Description

Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, raising invoices, engaging with clients, closing deals, and assigning tasks to field officers. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to ensure smooth day-to-day business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Accurately prepare and raise client invoices using Tally and maintain billing records.
- Quotation Preparation: Draft and send professional quotations based on client requirements.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients to explain services, handle queries, and close deals.
- Assignment Coordination: Assign and track work allocated to field officers for execution.
- Deal Closure: Follow up with prospects, negotiate where necessary, and close client deals effectively.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of quotations, invoices, and field assignments using MS Office tools.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and assist in client retention and satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduate (Any Discipline)

Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Tally (Mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of - MS Office- (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent - verbal and written communication skills in English and/or local language
- Ability to engage and attract customers with professional communication
- Experience: 1- 3 years in a similar administrative or client-handling role (preferred)

Other Requirements:
- Preference will be given to female candidates
- Married women are especially encouraged to apply, considering the stability and dedication often associated with such profiles
- Should be well-organized, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Salary Range- Based on qualifications and experience
