- Receives and reviews requests.
- Processes applications and requests in a timely and accurately fashion continually liaise with students /agents on the phone and through email.
- Reviews records and reports for accuracy and corrects any issues.
- Prepares reports and distributes them electronically.
- Maintains confidentiality of all records.
- May perform any other functions associated with enrolment of students in CQU.
- Supports filing of documents & other records.
