Job Description
- Assist the Marketing Head in development of effective above-the-line & below-the-line marketing strategies & plans needed for the school
- Source and develop promotional opportunities in all suitable media and platforms to target current & prospective audiences to achieve marketing & business objectives
- Be responsible for execution of all marketing communications & activities, particularly below-the-line activities like direct mailing, promotions, events, RWA programmes, road shows etc.
- Organise marketing events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions etc.
- Be Responsible for all day-to-day activities like communications function, budgeting and working with the internal team, partners and vendors
- Manage lead generation through various channels, ensure effective database management and achieve optimum conversions through effective follow-ups on the leads
- Arrange for effective distribution of marketing materials and archiving / storage of all digital assets
- Interact with potential parents to give a brief of school’s unique curriculum, facilitate and arrange school tours and resolve any queries raised
- Be responsible of customer relationship management & take ownership of converting any potential parent to a loyal client from the time they walk in to the school till they admit their child
- Monitor and take insights from competitor’s activity
- Keep website up to date as necessary using the internal web administration tools

As this aspect eventually leads to their choice of profession, this curriculum focuses on imparting workplace skills such as inventive thinking, communication & collaboration, planning, prioritizing, management and the ability to deliver high quality results
