1. Achieve goals in terms of sales
2. Target advertiser market sales cycle, from prospects to closing clients
3. Proactively building and growing a sales pipeline through in person client / agency meeting, phone calls & emails
4. Understanding the advertisers- needs and providing a consultative service using industry expertise
5. Developing the cooperation with top performance agency
6. Conducting industry research for competition bench marking & to identify new market trends
Skill set :
1. Minimum 1-year experience in advertiser/agency – facing sales roles
2. Extensive knowledge & existing network in the advertising space
3. A natural hunter with strong interpersonal skills, excellent business sense & a results-oriented approach
4. The performance-driven mindset with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
5. Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems under pressure
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
7. Knowledge & experience of Has-Offers will be an added advantage
